On Wednesdays, at 9:30, the kids will get to enjoy field-based play until 9:55, when they'll be able to choose their own play journey.

Following field time, the children will enjoy a snack and then be allowed to follow personal interests until 11:10, when they'll have their musical enrichment session.

The activity will conclude at 11:10 AM, and they'll enjoy free time until the closing session at 11:35.

The teachers and children sit in a circle, and share thoughts and stories — from an exciting school outing, something they saw on TV, or a special treat.

Circle Time is also where we build social-emotional skills. They raise their hands and wait to be recognised before speaking, support one another in their conversations, and are always well-mannered.

After Circle Time, the students wrap up their day around 11:50 to describe what they learned at school.

K1 Daily Schedule

The K1 class starts 30 minutes ahead of K0 with table activities at 8:00.

This gentle beginning allows the children to settle in for their school morning.

At 8:30, there is a morning briefing conducted by the school leaders on upcoming school activities (parents are notified directly).

– At 8:45, K1 gathers for discussion. This is followed by a shared story, where the educator shares a narrative.

After story time, there is a general discussion about the topics of the day, and the teacher can guide the conversation about the routine ahead.

– We dive into focused learning at 9:00. This is a short lesson session that gets students used to staying on task on key concepts for a short daily routine.

At the end of this, the students are given movement time.
